Family owned and operated, and located in the heart of the Central Valley, Bee Sweet Citrus is known for the production of Navel and Valencia oranges, lemons, grapefruit, mandarins – even exotic specialties like minneolas and pummelos. In addition, close ties with Australian, Chilean and Peruvian growers allow us to provide our consumers with high quality citrus all year long.

Bee Sweet Citrus adheres to agricultural practices that ensure freshness and safety of our citrus at every stage of production. Because we believe that food safety begins at the grove, we’ve implemented a strict Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) program on all of our farms that focuses on mitigating and eliminating potential food safety risks, while simultaneously helping our team achieve our goals in sustainability. Committed to taking the necessary steps to prevent any cross contamination of our products, our growers farm our crops under GAP, FSMA and GFSI bench-marked standards. Key elements of our GAP program include: Employee Safety, Field Sanitation, Pest Control, Packer Communication, Traceability/Records/Documentation, Pesticide Use, Compliance/Safety/Management, Fertilizer Management, Harvest GAP, Water Management, Soil Management
