We believe Retail is Theater and that furniture should be made for everyday life. Our 79 showrooms across the U.S. and our website are designed with the same attention to quality and artisan craftsmanship to showcase our unique, eclectic product offerings and to inspire a livable luxury lifestyle. We participate in a fast-growing and highly fragmented market which has the potential to grow at a ~10% CAGR through 2024.3 This market is predominantly served by small local players. Arhaus has less than 2% market share and the largest competitor has ~6% share. One of Arhaus’ biggest opportunities to increase market share is to grow our brand awareness by opening more showrooms, enhancing our omni-channel, marketing and technology capabilities and expanding our product assortment across key categories. Expanding our showroom base is a tremendous whitespace growth opportunity for us. We ended 2021 with 79 showrooms across 28 states. In the U.S. alone, we believe we can grow to 165 total showrooms and our target is to add 5-7 new showrooms per year for the foreseeable future. Arhaus was built with environmental consciousness as our foundation, and we have kept our pledge to not use wood harvested from the rainforest for over 35 years.
