Our approach to corporate responsibility has remained fundamentally consistent for almost three decades: we listen to our stakeholders and embrace the business value of corporate responsibility across our products, operations, supply chain and engagement. But what has changed over the past year is our extended reach through programs, measured progress and disclosure following the acquisitions of Xilinx™ and Pensando Systems™. To inform our priorities, we updated our ESG materiality assessment and conducted a human rights saliency assessment. A key aspect of the companies’ integration was incorporating them into our internal corporate responsibility (CR) governance – our Executive ESG Steering Committee, Executive Team and Board – helping fully embed CR across the broader company.
