The past few years have been difficult, first there was the pandemic, and the harsh socioeconomic consequences that followed and then, in February 2022, the war between Russia and Ukraine and its terrible humanitarian costs. Needless to say, our business has been under a lot of pressure. During this time, we worked together with our stakeholders, through these unfortunate circumstances, prioritising our values and vision to succeed despite adversity. As we look back at 2022, it’s clear that we made a strategic decision to focus on our customers. The exceptional efforts made by our teams delivered outstanding results despite the challenging market conditions. We countered high attrition rates by recruiting more than 160 new talented individuals. We continue to build on our culture of resilience, learning, continuous conversations and high performance. In our ongoing journey, since joining the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) in 2019, we have publicly acknowledged our commitment to the Ten Principles and have made steady progress towards our objectives, including: • Continuing to grow our supplier commitments for new sustainability contracts • Delivering 100% renewable energy for our offices in France • Planting in excess of 28,000 trees and benefiting local communities • Implementing a paperless office across 20 branches • Improving the percentage of women in management positions • Receiving the TrustRadius Tech Cares award for our CSR programme • An advanced silver rating from EcoVadis, with an overall score in the top 7% of companies rated in the Manufacture of Communication Equipment Industry In 2023 we will evolve our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme and launch a formal Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) programme under our Global Operations, Business Technology and Quality team. The new programme will address the priority of meeting our sustainable development goals and becoming better prepared to meet upcoming EU regulations.
