Affirma was born out of our founding members’ frustration with dot-com era consultancies who simply did not care about client satisfaction. Initially doing business in the off-hours as “No Overhead Computing,” the early Affirma team pledged to be unique at delivering measurable business value by slashing client churn. When it was time to hire the first outside employees, there was a golden rule: hire people who care. Over 15 years and thousands of engagements later, we’re proud to say that the golden rule has stood the test of time in continually achieving our mission of client satisfaction for enterprises of all sizes.
